Garage Revive ("we," "us") provides garage junk removal and cleanout services to residential customers across Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts communities. These terms apply to your use of this website and to any service you book with us. Additional services may be added to our offerings over time; this page will be updated to reflect what we currently provide.

Quotes & Pricing: Prices shown on this site are starting estimates. Your final price is confirmed on-site (or by photo/video) before any work begins, based on the actual volume, weight, and type of items removed. You're under no obligation to proceed once you see your final price.

Scheduling & Cancellation: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Access & Your Responsibilities: You're responsible for providing clear, safe access to the area being cleared and for identifying anything that should stay. Please remove anything of financial, personal, or sentimental value from the work area ahead of time. Once an item is pointed out to us for removal, we are not responsible for its condition or value afterward.

Liability: We take reasonable care while working on your property. We aren't responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage not reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the job.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the job.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these terms as our services grow. The version posted here is always the current one.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
